Ideal for anyone, our Pilates program can be modified for individual fitness levels. Adrenaline Pilates can be most gentle for the post rehab person in a more classic traditional approach, or quite challenging for the elite athlete in a more weight intensified atmosphere including additional equipment. This makes for a versatile workout and is possible because it is a progressive program suited to the individual. Adrenaline Pilates has incorporated stretching, cardiovascular, and weight training into the basic Pilates movements, which makes for a much more challenging session than most classical Pilates reformer sessions.
Whether you are young or old, a rehabilitation patient or elite athlete, most people experience results equaling or often surpassing their fitness goals. Each workout is designed specifically to meet the individual client's fitness level and goals.
Athletic Performance is enhanced in every sport including golf, skiing, basketball, football, soccer, tennis, dance, etc. Plyometric, strengthening, and stretching exercises will improve jumping, cardiovascular endurance, speed and power .
Pre and Post Natal
The focus on breathing and stretching is essential prenatal exercise and the deep pelvic contractions aid in continence. Adrenaline Pilates is perfect for increasing strength before the rigors of childbirth as well as a speedy return to pre pregnancy size.
Great for Seniors
Pilates is low impact and gentle on the joints. It increases range of motion, improves balance, and posture. Pilates works all the muscles groups of the body and is a great alternative to traditional workouts for those with limitations due to arthritis, back pain, post rehab, etc. There are many fitness gimmicks and programs that do not address the issues of aging. Adrenaline Pilates can truly change your body in ways that other programs probably do not. For example, focus on offsetting issues like spine degeneration, pelvic floor thinning, incontinence and deep breathing (pulmonary function). IM=X Pilates helps strengthen and improve daily activity.
Our exercises can be modified for the gentle rehabilitation of an injury, to the beginner through intermediate and advanced.
